Account_fr Why are 645 and 6451 "closed"?

Hi,

Social cotisations accounts are marked as “closed”. Is there a good reason for it?
IMHO they should be not closed.

When a chart of accounts set an account as closed is because we expect the user to create sub accounts for them.

Could you elaborate why should not be closed?

For 645 no problem (used to be a view).
But for *6451. Cotisations à l’URSSAF it should be open, like 6452-6454 (see https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_comptable_général_(France)#Classe_6_:_Comptes_de_charges)
