In a product category, I cannot choose 3261 as Stock Account for packaging product. Is this a bug in account_fr or am I missing some accounting point?
Yes it is a miss-configuration, the kind should be stock.
But this will be fixed by Issue 4990: Merge account type and account kind - Tryton issue tracker
