No news, good news: Tryton is a solid base that allows us to concentrate on our customers business verticalizations. 
I read about How to use email templates from GUI.
But I never send emails in HTML format: how can I create brut text email templates, and set brut text format by defaut for all email (with or without templates)?
And, is it possible to have this setting that by user: me, for my “convictions”, I prefer brut text, but and administrative role may want to write emails in HTMl format (e.g. with red emphasis on the bill amount or other underlined words).
The email templates are always in a simplified HTML version.
Anyway if html2text is installed, Tryton will put a plain/text version of the body.
Do I understand that it’s not possible to change this behavior in order to put only the simplified plain/text version?
No there is no option but as usual with Tryton customization can change this behavior.
