Handle shipment exception

When trying to correct a mistake in a sales, I made a mistake and accidentally created a shipment. Now the order is of status “exception”, the mistake still not corrected.

When I click the “handle shipment exception” button, I get a list with one item - it is that one where I changed the tax rate manually, as it was not set correctly under “products”.

How can I get it back to status “draft”?

No a confirmed sale can not be reset to draft. You can only cancel it if you cancel all depending orders.
