Okay, I already understand why it’s missing. Another question, I made a group named pharmacy products and expected these menu to show:
but only these showed up to the user i linked up to pharmacy product

Have you assigned this group to the user in
“Administration / Users / Users” => “Access Permissions”
A group must have access to all parent menu items in order to show the menu.
You should probably allow the “Health” menu to your group and it will show.
