There is a user interface menu missing from the side menu. When I search for: Health / Configuration / Medicaments / Medication Frequencies
inside Administration / User Interface / Menu, it returns no results. However, when I search for it in my browser’s history (I have previously opened it), it still exists. It used to appear in the side menu, but now it’s gone, and I haven’t changed anything.
You should search in Administration / User Interface / Menús which is where the menu items are stored.
Just search for one part of the menu and it will show.
For example searching for “frequencies” should show the menu.

Okay so I made new menu and this error shows
You are not allowed to read records "160" of "UI menu" because of at least one of these rules:
User in groups
What is that suppose to mean?
Okay, it’s getting weirder, I’ve made all the menu again, and when I assigned it to some group, it vanishes??? like i never made it???
This is the expected behavior. Once a menu is linked to at least one group, only users in these groups can see the entry.
