Missing modules

I installed trytond_currency-5.4.0.tar.gz and trytond_product-5.4.0.tar.gz but I don’t see the possibility to add new product or choose a currency with the client.
I also miss the possibility to make a sale from within the accounting without installing trytond_sale-5.4.0.tar.gz

And again sorry for the noice! trytond-admin -c /etc/tryton/trytond.conf -d tryton --all did it.
