Issue Integrating External Website Data with Tryton

Hello everyone,
I’m currently working on integrating my website with Tryton to streamline data management. While other platforms connect smoothly, I’ve run into issues when trying to sync website data (such as customer details and order information) into Tryton.

The main challenge is that some fields do not map correctly, and the synchronization process occasionally fails without showing clear error messages. I’ve checked the configuration and tried different approaches, but the results remain inconsistent.

Has anyone here successfully connected a website with Tryton? Are there recommended modules, best practices, or troubleshooting steps that can help ensure a stable integration?

Any insights or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

The integration depends on the type of the web shop, there is for example a Tryton shoppify connector. You can find a list of the oficial web shop features in our documentation:

If you are using WooCommerce we also have a Tryton Woocommerce Connector as part of the tryton community modules. We have several customers that are using such module and we are actively mantaining it.
