How to update from cvs

I am trying a simple operation : update parties from cvs i choose export select lines
i get a file

ID,Name
21720,‘ABEILLE Annicki’

i tried to import and i always have 0 record imported, no matter what i do/try

any hints ? somewhere to search ?

i am on 6.2

it works i tried with one line and no new line at the end : 0 record the newline at the end did the trick
