How to uninstall gnuhealth and trytond

Hi Guys,

Could you please advise me on how to uninstall gnuhealth3.6 and tryton5.0.2. on opensuse15.1.

I have uninstall them with yast but there are still (most of the files) files in /usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages, /usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages/trytond and /var/lib/tryton

Your problem is the mix of vanilla and package installation.
