I’m sending similar packages with a number of items to various customers. So I’d like to re-use existing sales, applying small alterations (or not).
I tried in sales > drafts to duplicate a sales draft, then applied “change head data” to change the recipient data. After that, all taxes of products are gone (zero).
Did I guess the right procedure - or is there another recommended method? - And can I create sales templates for packages which are used repeatedly? I found there is a “sales subscription” module - do I need that one?
