Tuning: Tab Reordering (Drag & Drop)

Hi

How about adding tab reordering (drag-and-drop to rearrange tabs). It would be very practical since users are already accustomed to this behavior in modern browsers and expect it as a standard interaction.

This would improve usability and align Triton’s tab behavior with modern browser conventions.
