I really like the comment where they says that Tryton improved a lot in 4 years. This means we are on the right path and we should continue working this way. Big congrats to all how made it 
On the other side, I think they are right with reporting and dashboards. For now the dashboard functionslity is hidden because we are missing some default dashboards. I know there is a proposal to improve it but is still not implemented.
