You should start by defining what are your needs? What are the problems you try to solve? What do you expect from the ERP?
We hope to be different than others. Tryton has his own vision about modeling and solving problems.
What are you looking for? The demo server only show the main modules. Also one principle of Tryton is to have minimal common modules but with the right design which is easy to extend.
