Hi, you are downloading the zip on the server, in your localhost “works” because your local machine is the server.
I got the same issue as you a few days ago about downloading a zip on the client, check this post: Downloading multiple attachments

how to return the zip to the user (as it was a report).

If you want to return as a report, you need to create a custom report and include in the execute method all the code needed to build the zip file and return its contents.
