How to download text file directly on server through sftp rather than in getting downloaded in Downloads through print option in tryton.

It is not clear if you want to download from the server or to upload on the server.
Also what file are you talking about? Is it the attachment on the record? Is it a report?
This seems suggested that you want to fetch a report. A report is linked to a record or a set of records (and also other contextual values), so the only way to get it is via the proper RPC call (Report.execute) which provides all the data.
