recently, I moved my warehouse (2nd time within 2 years). Now, still the old warehouse is filled in at sales as well as at purchases. How can I change the default warehouse?

On your user preferences, there is a warehouse setting which allows to select warehouse that will be filed by default. Changing that should fix your problem.
