Quality Control Wizard does not appear

tl;dr: The wizard of the quality control module does not appear when trying to complete a production order.

On an empty (test) installation, I installed the modules quality and production (including dependencies). In Quality / Configuration / Controls I created an entry with a Boolean point and checked “Production Done” under “Operations”. Frequency is set to 100%.

Now, when I try to mark a production order as “Complete”, I can see in the logs that wizard.qualityis supposed to show up, but that does not happen. Nothing visible in the UI, but marking the production order complete is impossible.

However, when I set the quality control entry to “Production Run” instead of “Production Done” it works as expected.

Since this is a fresh installation, I am running the latest versions of everything.

Is this a known issue?

I was able to reproduce the issue, and you’re right — the quality control wizard does not appear when completing a production order if the control point is configured on the Production Done operation.

An issue should be created on Heptapod, as this behavior doesn’t seem correct. It might be related to issue #13039, although it would need a closer look to be sure.

I tried to create an issue on Heptapod, but I only get:

Something went wrong when creating issue. Please try again.

Maybe I don’t have the proper access rights.

I’ve already created the issue tryton#14335.

I guess you couldn’t do it because you don’t have a Heptapod account yet.
