The ‘fixed asset’ tag is useful only to use with the account.asset which deprecated product of type asset.
The account with code 20x seem to be only linked to services so they can not be deprecated using the account.asset. I think the account_invoice_defer module could be used to defer those costs over a period (see How to manage intangible products - #3 by ced).
