Draft How-to moved to message board?

I posted a Draft How-to Creating filtered views with `context_domain` - e.g. reporting date in Category “Feature / Draft How-to”.

@cedk: Shortly after posting you moved it into the “Message Board” category - without any comment or notification. Why?

Another point is that if we have a global documentation build we can easily include a section for transversal documentation (so we could remove the Howto - Tryton Discussion category and have a MR workflow for them).
