I am interested in joining others in effort to create logistical tooling, designed with liberal polity in mind.
Tryton, being part of the foss project, having active development, and being condusive to a market which allows a higher company to labourer ratio, is therefore interesting to me.
I am positioning myself into relationships where I will recieve pay for mathematical/ operations research and I am ultimately working towards facilitation of tooling of the following form:
Given a large personally ( with trusted foreign interaction, from others conceptions as well as information recording implements) constructed knowledge base of material state and its interaction, create optimal plans for ones own body and automatic implements.
Where collaboration is facilitated when desired at least to the pragmatic extent afforded by software designed around an assumed organisation.
Where plans are browsed, with world state at each point browsable. Where paths can be stated as intent in an intent system, which forms part of the collaborative structure and guides automatic implements.
So this is largely a tool for an individual, with expectation of their desired collaboration. It still functions for each individual if a union breaks.
The point here being an increase in ease of taking responsibility for ones own survival to promote consensual and healthy unions.
Thats the user facing issue with the main research being:
Production of the complete optimal solution set of a objective function, in which the unknown variable that is rated by the objective function is a path through time. Represented by a function of time which returns a description of the body and automatic implements, resolving to an entire “world state”, at the specified time. Where the result of such optimation is therefore the set of optimal paths through time.
Various extensions apply.
In the arbitrary case, this is unsolved, as is arbitrary unbounded global optimisation, and is clearly computationally expensive, nescessitating intentional computational optimisations.
So this is what I am positioning myself to solve.
And more departed from the mathematical side is any advancement to knowledge bases that could be made upon systems from the ~ “year 2000” darpa project, like OWL.
Mainly im concerned with the ability of an individual to iteratively create the platform on which they model.
I am interested in discussing with anyone interested in liberally minded tooling a path forward, and I hope that we may be of use to each other
Im not worried about setting the bar of general conception of what should be done too high as I am perfectly content with setting overarching goals, creating compromised forms when needed.
The main thing that I am concerned with is working hard and taking that work for myself to divert it into a resource planning project which intentionally structures itself to have positive affect on agency and relationships.
Im not going home if beginnings are humble.
In regards to collaboration, I am not wed to a personal brand, and would not mind doing work under the tryton name as long as everything remained liberally structured.
