You try to read records that don’t exist anymore ir.actionwizard error, how do I solve this I cant open any modules not even the user side

When is such error raised?
Which model and record is missing exactly?
Did you updated the database?

I only update the party modules and did not change anything on database

The error just came up the moment I upgrade from 4.6.22 to 5.0 and had to reload all modules

You need to follow the guides to migrate in ascendent order to the version you want to achieve:

I did follow it up I am just pointing out from which migrations I started and up to the level I stopped

Well you must update all the modules in the database when you migrate to a new series.

Also you must ensure to install all compatible modules for this new series.
