Working with a developer best practices for company safe guards?

When working with a developer what is the safest policy to secure your information like banking information. Does PostgreSQL encrypt banking account information or user names and passwords? What is the best practices for working with Devs to customize Tryton? Thanks

If you do not want to share data with your developers, the best is to not give them any data and just test the work done on fake data.
Encrypting the database will not prevent a developer having access to the server from reading those data.

Thats exactly what I thought there is a lot of trust in the relationship between a business and Dev because Devs have to access to everything in ordered to do the work. Thanks for the speedy reply

As developer, I often have to sign NDA in order to work with the real data of customers.

Thanks CED Thanks an excellent idea!
