Weird behavior with thousands separator

Hi,

I use SAO client. When I set English language number parameters with:
Grouping [3, 0] and Thousand separator ’ I get 1,234.5
and when I set French language number parameters with:
Grouping [3, 0] and Thousand separator ’ I get 1234,5
and when I set French language number parameters with:
Grouping [3, 0] and Thousand separator , I get 1234,5
It looks like thousand separator depends on another thing ?

Sao uses the formatting of the browser for the language not the Tryton configuration.
