Stock is not updated automatically after sales is made. What can be the reason?

When you confirm a sale, a customer shipment is created with draft outgoing stock move (when it is created depends on the shipment method).
When there are draft stock moves, only the forecast stock quantity is decreased at the planned date.
And only once the stock moves are done (when the shipment is complete/done), then the stock quantity is decreased at the effective date.
Everything is going well. Except move stays in draft mode and only forecast qty is changed. Shipment method and invoice method both are On Order Processed. I have used POS module to generate this sale of medicine.
Stock move status should automatically be ‘Done’ based upon shipment method.
It does not change as long as you do not process the shipment.

I have tested. Sale and POS both modules are creating invoices and shipments, and move status is also updated automatically to Done, with one front-end configuration in both modules.
Then you are not using the POS module.
Configuration in Sale Shop, you check the option of Self Pick. Using this while selling, auto update will happen in Sale/POS Module.
There is no such option in the standard POS.
You are using some custom module but not the Tryton POS.
No this is not from standard modules.
