In South Africa we have taxes, but every project we define a chart of accounts per business requirements. There are minimum information required per legislation but not a predefined chart defines in ZA legislation.
THen you can create a module which includes the taxes and the accounts that all of the bussiness have in common.
If this minimum information is structured in an account chart and reports. I will probably use it for base accounting.
It will be great to add a proposal to add a generic chart of accounts for South Africa as part of Tryton base modules.
