Release of GooCalendar 0.5

We are glad to announce the release of GooCalendar version 0.5.

GooCalendar is a Python library that implements a calendar widget using GooCanvas.

In addition to bug-fixes, this release contains this following improvements:

  • A single day view is added.
  • Support for Python 2 is removed.
  • Now it uses GTK+ 3

goocanvas is Python2 only - how does this work if support for Python2 is removed?

goocanvas is not linked to any Python version. pygoocanvas was only available on Python2 which is not more. It is PyGObject that is used.
