Problem to activate modules account_payment, account_statement, bank

Problem to activate modules as follow:

System environment:
erp@deb10:~$ uname -v
#1 SMP Debian 4.19.235-1 (2022-03-17)
erp@deb10:~$ python3 -V
Python 3.7.3
erp@deb10:~$ node -v
v14.19.3
erp@deb10:~$ npm -v
6.14.17
PostgreSQL version 11.16
Tryton 6.4

I can’t activate account_payment, account_statement, bank and more modules.

You have to launch the wizard “Perform Pending Activation/Upgrade”.

I can activate carrier and commission but not account_payment, account_statement, bank.

What is the error message? If there are none, check the server log? Is all the dependencies of those modules are installed?

no error message, but still not activated

erp@deb10:~$ trytond-admin -c trytond.conf -d democ --all
also no message in terminal
And in Tryton windows:

An error message will appear when click on the Configuration and can‘t regular log out of the tryton.

This may happen if you have not installed all packages from the same series.
