Problem connecting Tryton desktop on Windows

In Tryton desktop for Windows 10, for a connection without SSL there are no problems, but for a connection with SSL it waits indefinitely for the Tryton server.

I have already installed the certificate on the Windows system. No error appears in the client’s log. What else can I do?

The client does not use the certificates of the system but only those embedded in the build or configured in ~/.config/tryton/x.y/ca_certs.
