I guess the problem is related that you do not have any institution related to your user.

I see this message is not correctly formated, probably there is some bug on the gnuhealth code.
You should report it to its bug tracker

Note that as this is the tryton forum and you are using gnuhealth which is based on tryton but not a direct component, we can not provide more help than refering to the original bug tracker.
