Is there a hardware spec available with minimum infrastructure and platform requirements to do a local installation?
Not one but tryton requires very low resources to run. It is possible to run them on a Raspberry PI.
If you do not have very big usage you can run them with 256MB of RAM and a ARM processor. I’m not sure about the disc space required to install all the required packages, but probably 1GB should be enought.
