Menuitem is not create well from trytond-admin

OK so it seems that the menuitem did not create the proper keyword for ir.ui.menu. This is strange because this code is used thousands times (for every menu entry).

I have the same issue many times last month, to reproduce it install a new module with
trytond-admin -c tr.conf -v -d mydb and I will create all the menu but without the proper keyword.

If I install the module with visual interface it works well.

I guess the problem is in set_action of ir.ui.menu. It will be good to identify the root cause.

But I think Improve menu to show all actions (#2866) · Issues · Tryton / Tryton · GitLab should be a definitive solution.
