Lots on drop shipments

Hi,

We have a customer that enters lots on drop shipment as the supplier tells them the lot that is sent and this ensures that have all the information on the drop shipment.

We tried to set the lot on the supplier move but after sending drop shipment the lot is not copied to customer moves and it needs to be entered manually.

Is there any reason to not sync lots or it is something missing to be implemented?

It is just something missing because it must be a rare use case.
