Import parties: Multiple phone numbers / emails?

Hello Trytonies,
recently, I came back to the party import feature and found it greatly improved (I think). Thanks for the work done on it.

What I could not resolve:

  • How can I import more than one phone number and email address?
  • How can I import comments on the parties?

Thanks in advance. Please bear in mind that I’m a user and not a programmer. Thus, advice has to be dummy-proof in order to be useful.

You should import them using contact mechanisms or use different field types (Phone, Mobile, Fax, etc) as importing the fields from the party model will just create a single value for each import.

You can store them on notes, but I do not think its possible to import notes using CSV import.

Hi Wolf,

I’m just a user too and I’m working on setting up a test system for our company.
For importing multiple information you only need to have a extra line for every additional contact

If you have installed module mds-party-notes, you can also import your notes by csv
