The module authentication-none is unavailable on pypi.org.
Download it and put it inside your trytond/modules directory
Of course, be sure to download from the official repository.
https://hg.tryton.org/tpf/authentication_none/
I imagine it is not in pypi for a good reason, security. Be sure to know what you are doing.
Besides installing, you need a bit of configuration. See How to connect as `admin` or other user account without enter password? for the details.
