How to fill an issue as feature request

I wanted to suggest the corresponding feature, but could not add a topic to this category. How can you do this?

Just create an issue on the tracker. Make sure to use the feature flag to indicate it is a new feature.

I don’t see any labels. Here’s my window for new issue. In field “Type” I can only select “Issue”.

Normally guest user can set label on issue at creation. But it is not a big deal if you can not someone with the authorization will.
