When we define ir.action.act_window.domain and a restriction of the domain, we can see that the column linked to the restriction is hidden when we click the button.
Is there a simple way to hide more than this column when the button is clicked ?

Short answer is no.
Now there is the tree_invisible attribute that can be dynamic based on the context of the screen. But tab domain does not change the screen context but maybe it could be a new feature. This would help build better list view per tab.
