Normally the current implementation should be enough to consider that the system complies with the requirements (immutability etc.). (Even if technically this is impossible to comply without have a trusted third party).
But Tryton is not certified to my knowledge (and it would probably require a new certification for every release). So for now you should request an attestation from a supplier.
In Spain we had a similar law and Tryton complies all requirementes without any change.

A new version of the fiscal law is discussed every year, and for next year it is started now.
The today situation is that national assembly voted to cancel this possibility.
As this law is supposed to be finalized next week and there will be probably no majority to vote it, it is not possible to say if this modification will be or not in the semi-final text consolidated by the government.
