Although I used encoding UTF-8, font Vietnamese error when import/export CSV file in tryton.

Probably the problem is that when opening the file in CSV you did not choose UTF-8. By default libreoffices tryies to guess the encoding which not so much effort.
P.S: I see you’ve translated some of the fields. It will be great to include them as part of the oficial Tryton distribution. If you are interested on it, please register on https://translate.tryton.org/ and open an issue on bugs.tryton.org with your username on translation server so we can add you as Vietnamese language admin.
