Direct print on win 11

We have 3 customer reports which can not use direct print on Desktop client (6.0) for Windows 11.
We checked and the default printer is set.
On printing it, Tryton opens the save as dialog (normal behaviour when there is no printer defined).
Anyone have similar problems? Or knows which can be the problematic?

Thanks!

You should check if the print command is working on Windows 11 shell.
And also which exception is raised by the os.startfile call in the client (we should probably add some logging there).

Check if report file extension is linked to a default program.
Moreover when the extension is PDF I found problems with some thirdparty pdf viewer programs which do not open report directly and “save as” window is shown. In that case I recommend to uninstall and use Adobe Reader, or configure it as default program.
