What’s the difference between Sales and Sales POS? Why can’t I see my customer’s name in Sales POS?

POS Sales are direct sales to unidentified customers. The customer comes to the point of sale, get the products pais and leaves.

In case you want to identify the products you must use the sale module. In this case you will get a sale order, which will create a customer shipment and a customer invoice with the needed details.
