the script itsself does a clean install in a virtual environment which for learning and testing is perfect.

I do not agree and I think this thread proofs it.
Using the standard installation, you would have a clean database and no problem to “change” the company.

This chart of account is a standard module.

I do not know why anyone in the German community did not submit such module in standard.

The procedure is kind of complicated

It’s not that complicated but like in the aerospace industry it would be nice to have a kind of checklist where you can check off the different things to be done before you takeoff or land. That’s what I wanted to give you in Change current company - #16 by edbo
