Do you know if there is a way to create an article where, in addition to being able to change the description, it does not appear in print anywhere, that is, it only appears as a message on the screen (when making an invoice, for example).

On any record in Tryton, you can add “Notes” that are internal notes between users.
You can choose for some document (like Sale) to copy the note to new kind of records generated by the original one. For sale you can set that the note must be copied to the shipments or the invoice for example.
