Having made some progress in Tryton usage, I’m now trying to master SEPA payments.
I set up as follows:

- own bank and IBAN
- receiver IBANs
- modules `trytond-account-payment-sepa` and `trytond-account-payment-sepa-cfonb` installed
- sequence SEPA mandate existing
- payment journal existing
- invoices are posted

But under `finance > payments > open positions` I can only find incoming, but no outgoing invoices. AFAIR (but I’m not really sure), at v7.0 that worked, it may have been vanished since then.

What could be the reason? - Could it be that v8.0 has requirements I’m not aware of?

Thank you.

If for open positions you mean `Lines to Pay`, you need to set a maturity date and use a receivable account on the invoice to show the payments there.

When using `account_payment_sepa` module there is an extra tab named `Lines to pay with mandate`. ON this tab you will see all the receivable lines for parties which have a validated mandate, which is required in order to process the payments with sepa journal. You must create a mandate for the party indicating the bank account to user for the process and validate it.

Hope this helps!

Ah, that it could be. I did not set payment conditions at my suppliers’. I added those, let’s see what happens with next invoices to be created.

Thank you very much so far, I’ll confirm success ASAP.

Just to clarify: Mandates are only required for customer invoices.
For supplier invoices you just need to use a payable account and set a maturity date.

Yes, I think I got that right.

Actually, recent invoices lacked maturity date. So now with new invoices, I set that date before posting, but still they don’t show up in `finance > payments > open positions`.

What else should I look for?
