# Records not appearing on the soa web interface

I recently installed the soa web interface for GNU health. I can see all the modules configured and I can create new records from the interface but I am unable to see the old records as well as the new records created using the web interface. When I use tryton client, I can see all the records. Please see attached screenshot. Can’t seem to see what i have done wrong with the soa web interface.

Updated: I just realised that after refreshing the browser the records appeared but I have to do the same for each item I clicked after it loads I have to hit the refresh icon in order to see those records. Which is not normal.

It looks like you are using the development version of sao. But as far as I know GNU Health supports only series 4.2. In Tryton world, only the client from the same series as the server can be used.
