You may use [`stock_forecast`](https://docs.tryton.org/projects/modules-stock-forecast/en/latest/) to store expected forecast. For the computation of the forecast, I think this should be investigated: [Advanced planning with Frepple](https://discuss.tryton.org/t/advanced-planning-with-frepple/1859)
