Order points: maximum quantity

I can understand the concept of “minimum quantity” and “target quantity”. But what does “maximum quantity” mean - and how do I deal with it?
And: Is there a reason why “target quantity” is not displayed in the list view? - That one is not really overcrowded.

The maxiumun quantity is used to move products that exceed this quantity to another location.
