It is the price of the market leader. The final price naturally depends on which business cases you want to map. Just normal capitalism 
If you want a standard solution, you can start quickly; if you want to be different from your competitors, you have to invest. If you have unusual requirements, you will hardly be able to avoid programming. The discussion here is more about technical ideas - and this already shows that opinions differ. Since Tryton itself is not a SAAS platform, there will probably not be a complete out of the box solution. However, the core modules and the other solutions discussed here are a really good place to start. What can hardly be achieved by a community are exactly the things that a SAAS company offers. A fully functional webshop solution requires considerable development resources, especially in terms of UI/UX - presumably you want to be able to choose from 10 designs

You might want to consider adding some documentation to the readme.md about what voyager is and how it works to quickly let people know if it’s right for them.
