For now, the lines of a xxx2Many widget that are deleted or removed, are just displayed with `text-muted`/not sensitive (and a strike through for deleted).
This is not always evident to users that the deletion or removal has been registered with the visual hint. But also that the action will actually happen only after saving.

The proposal is to add an `!` with the warning context to show that something has happened to the line and to add a tooltip like “Pending deletion; will be removed on save.”.

Here is an prototype of what it would look like:

The idea is that the char does not alter the alignement of the columns and does not add a new column.
But also to look similar to the “modified” hint on widgets.

For me, the exclamation mark means that there is probably something wrong with the record . A trash can symbol would be better.

That’s why it is the warning visual and not the error visual.

I do not think so because user may interpret that they need to click on the trash to delete.
The point is to show that the client has recorded the action and thus the line is modified. The kind of action is mainly optional.

What about using `style="filter: blur(1px)"` for removal? It would look like this:

This way, strikethrough would be used for deletion and blur for removal.

We keep the lines in order to let the user undelete/unremove the line. So he needs to be able to see the values to make a wise decision.
