FYI I tried finally with another machine (in this case Windows 8.1 Pro 64bits) and it worked repeating same steps. 
I was about to ask if we can make ready a development process on how to build tryton from windows or any os, with detailed process. I am in to help in setting up a video following the process if the process can be list out.
